My old boss Ms. Brittany is no longer with us but, now we have Ms.Jackie as marketing director and our boss. She put out an incentive a month ago for a $75 amazon gift card for the person with the most enrolled students. I won the competition with 18 students enrolled by the end of the month. The second place person has 10 students. Quality is what they are lokking for at barbizon. Im happy that I bring that to the table.

They also started measuring our performance by hour but, thats ok with me.
